Leading tours is a second career for me. I taught school (elementary and secondary) for 26 years. I have always loved traveling, so after retiring in 1996 I received my Tour Director Certification from the International Guide Academy (IGA) in Denver, Colorado.
I consider myself BLESSED for the 22-year career I had leading tours around the world and teaching others to do the same.
Travel has been my profession and my passion. Whenever I can, I TRAVEL... with family... friends... sometimes just me!
Leading a tour with Saga Holidays through the Grand Teton National Park in Wyoming. One day included a raucous raft ride down the Snake River.

On a cruise around the Baltic Sea with family members, we spent an afternoon in Helsinki, Finland at the Ice Bar Winterland. We played in the ice and drank Finnish vodka in glasses hollowed out of ice.

Teaching assignments with the International Guide Academy had me teaching Tour Director classes in Denver, Las Vegas, Ft. Lauderdale, Ottawa, Cuernavaca Mexico and cruise ships throughout North and South America.
